Pickups N Powersports protects customer privacy 100% and will never share information with third parties. Information that you provide is kept confidential, protected, and encrypted. Sensitive information, such as billing and credit card information, is never printed and never needs to be viewed by anyone. Only shipping address and product information is printed. Transactions are automatically processed and handled by secure servers.

Will my e-mail address be given out?

We will never give out or sell any information you provide – INCLUDING E-Mail Addresses! We realize what a pain Spamming can be, and are on your side.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

100% Safe. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt all transactions. When you click on the “Check Out” button – your browser is redirected to our secure (NOTICE the browser changes from HTTP:// to HTTPS://).

When is my credit card charged?

Pickups N Powersports must approve all transactions and will only charge your credit card when the product is ready to be shipped from our warehouse. That means you should receive a product within 3-10 Business days from the date your card is charged.

Upon purchasing a product from Pickups N Powersports, you agree that you have read and understand the following policies.

Shipping Policy

Pickups N Powersports will ONLY accept orders from and ship to the fifty U.S states. Please do not inquire about international shipping.

When will my product be shipped?

Products should ship within 1-2 business days. Back-ordered or direct-ship items may cause slight delays.

How long will it take to receive my product?

Most orders are received within 3-6 business days, with variances based on your location. It may take 1-2 weeks to receive NON-STOCK/SPECIAL-ORDER or OUT OF STOCK items. Please contact us if you would like to check product availability.

APO/FPO Shipping (Military Address)

We CANNOT ship product directly to APO or FPO addresses based on UPS policy. If this causes a problem, please consider shipping to a street address and then sending the product via USPS.

We reserve the right to change policy at any time.

Warranty

Pickups N Powersports does not manufacture any products. We do not imply, and will not offer any warranty on products. All implied product warranties, as stated by manufacturers, are provided solely at the discretion of the manufacturer. Any warranty assistance must be obtained DIRECTLY through the manufacturer.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are dedicated to pleasing our community. If in the first 30 days you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item for an exchange, store credit, or credit. Any credit or exchange is dependent on the condition of the product. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. See complete return policy below.

Return Policy

• Return Authorization Number – REQUIRED – Before sending anything back for returns, you must contact Pickups N Powersports and request an RMA Number. This number must be clearly written on the outer packaging before returning. Please CONTACT US for an RMA NUMBER and:
• Package securely
• Return within 30 days of receipt – Verified by UPS Tracking
• Include original boxes, packaging, cables, parts, documentation …
• Provide a shipping label and pay all shipping costs incurred from returned products

Packages without an RMA Number written on the outer packaging will be refused. Upon inspection of returned items, we may refuse credit or assess a 10-15% restocking fee based on condition (if not in new, re-sellable condition). Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Credit Will not Be Issued If:

• Product has been installed and/or used
• Damage incurred from an attempt to install and/or use product
• Package is missing original box, cables, parts, and/or documentation  
• Broken seals on electrical parts
• Shipped product serial number is different than returned product serial number
• Product is not considered in re-sellable condition (at discretion of Pickups N Powersports)

Returns on Edge Products, and PPE products will not be accepted without a manufacturer’s RMA#. Upon receiving manufacturers RMA#, you must ALSO request RMA# from Pickups N Powersports.

Refused shipments will automatically be assessed a 10% restocking fee.

Special Order Policy

The products listed are only a partial catalog of all products available for sale. Pickups N Powersports will special order just about any product carried by our manufacturer UPON PRE-PAYMENT IN FULL. Pre-payment is non-refundable/non-transferable.  Special Orders are non-cancellable/non-returnable. Delivery time is not guaranteed and order times may fluctuate based on manufacturer. Please contact a sales representative for any product not listed on this site.

Prices and information contained herein are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund money in the event of a misprint relating to price. We hold no responsibility for damage incurred from products that we sell. We also imply absolutely NO warranty. You must contact manufacturers directly to inquire about warranty information, which is available at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.
